Stephanie Gosine is a Creative Project Manager, Instructor and DE&I Champion with 10 years of direct experience working on transformational Media, Broadcast & Digital projects. Her background in Media, Innovation, Intercultural Communication, and EDI, paired with her drive for positive social impact in the space, has made her an invaluable asset to leading media organizations in Canada.
Stephanie has held various roles as a Creative Project Manager at Humber College, ICON Media, DHX Media (now Wildbrain), Loblaw Companies Limited, CBC/Radio-Canada, Shaw Media, Rogers Sports and Media, TSC, Blue Ant Media and Corus Entertainment.
In her most recent role as Program Manager, Creative Diversity at Corus Entertainment, Stephanie led the development and implementation of the company's Creative Diversity Strategy project, focused on Representation in content for Studios, Programming, Broadcast, Streaming, Marketing, Sales, Digital & Social, Creators & Influencer Studios, Animation & Live Action, and Kids Publishing. Stephanie also supports the next generation of professionals as a part-time industry instructor at Humber College
She is a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, Program Manager, Instructor, and DEI Strategist and holds a Diploma in Broadcast TV, a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication and a Master of Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Smith School of Business at Queen's University. Stephanie is based in Brampton, Ontario, Canada.
