Stephanie Gosine is a Marketing & Content Ops Leader who designs and scales content ecosystems that power innovation, inclusion, and growth. With over 12 years of experience across media, tech, and creative industries, she leads global initiatives that bring strategy to life—aligning people, platforms, and purpose through high-impact operations, agile workflows, and DEI-driven storytelling. She has led transformation-ready programs at leading organizations including Stingray, Corus, Blue Ant Media, Rogers, CBC, Loblaw, and more—delivering operational clarity, creative impact, and scalable systems. With a focus on driving innovation and growth, Stephanie partners with organizations to implement inclusive strategies and transformative leadership across their content operations.
Currently, as Senior Program Manager, Creative Services at Stingray, Stephanie leads marketing and content operations across media, retail, and financial services. At Loblaw Agency, she drove campaign operations for President's Choice®, aligning integrated teams across omnichannel strategies. While at Corus Entertainment, she launched the Creative Diversity Strategy—enhancing content representation and accountability across TV, radio, and digital.
She has also shaped audience engagement and operations at Rogers, WildBrain, Blue Ant Media, and CBC. Beyond corporate leadership, she teaches strategic program management and creative operations as a part-time instructor at Humber College.
Stephanie holds a Master of Management Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Communication from Royal Roads University, and a Diploma in Broadcast Television from Humber College. She is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), Certified SAFe® 6 Agilist, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), equipping her with a strong foundation in agile project management and process optimization.
